What is Happening?
Hometown Bank is upgrading to new operating software. This upgrade will allow us to continue to offer the personal hometown touch we are known for, while also improving our products and services. We are eager to share with you all the benefits our upgrade will include, and will be sending out lots of information in the near future, but for now the basics are:
How will this impact you?
Before the upgrade weekend, you will have the opportunity to pre-register for online banking. Information about how to pre-register will be sent to every customer.
All branches will be closed on Saturday, July 20th while we upgrade the system.
Online banking, mobile banking and telephone banking will be unavailable starting at noon on Friday, July 19th and will be back online about noon on Monday, July 22nd.
We do not anticipate any interruptions to Bill Pay payments or auto-transfers due to the upgrade.
